Döner Kebab blade Saro ED 100

The SARO ED 100 kebab knife is suitable for snack bars, kebab outlets, gyros preparation, restaurants or quick-service areas. It is designed for evenly slicing meat from a spit.

The blade is made from stainless steel and the handle from plastic. Two blades are included: one serrated and one smooth.

The slicing thickness is adjustable from 0 to 8 mm. The 2.85 m power cable supports flexible handling at the workstation.
