Pasta cooker 8 litres Saro ASTI

The SARO ASTI and RAGUSA pasta cookers are suitable for cooking and portioning pasta and other suitable foods in restaurants, commercial kitchens, snack bars and catering operations.

The appliances are made from stainless steel and supplied with several matching cooking baskets. This allows different portions or products to be prepared simultaneously and removed separately.

A drain tap facilitates controlled emptying of the tank and supports cleaning after use. The integrated safety thermostat complements safe operation.

The product range is available with different tank sizes and basket configurations. The appropriate version can therefore be selected according to the required production volume.
