Bain-marie trolley Saro BTS-2

The SARO BTS-2 bain-marie trolley is a compact and flexible solution for professionally keeping food warm and serving it. Its well-designed construction makes the appliance particularly suitable for restaurants, catering operations and self-service areas.

Made of high-quality stainless steel, the trolley offers excellent hygienic properties. The double-walled base ensures even heat distribution and supports consistent temperature retention.

With capacity for 2 x GN 1/1 containers, the appliance is ideal for small to medium quantities of food. GN containers from 20 to 150 mm deep can be used flexibly. Each well has its own drain tap, making emptying and cleaning particularly convenient.

Operation from the long side provides ergonomic and efficient access to the food – ideal for serving situations. An optional sneeze guard can be added to meet hygiene requirements in self-service areas.

Four smooth-running castors, two of which are fitted with brakes, provide maximum mobility and a secure standing position. The practical coiled power cable further increases flexibility in daily use.
