Cake display case black Saro MATILDE

The SARO cake display cases are designed for the chilled presentation of cakes, gateaux, desserts, pastries and other food in cafés, bakeries, patisseries, hotels, buffet areas and retail environments. They combine clearly visible product presentation with chilled storage in service or retail areas.

Depending on the model, the housings are made from plastic, stainless steel, steel or stainless steel with a glass superstructure. Double glazing or tempered glass supports protected, transparent presentation of the displayed products.

Depending on the version, the display cases are equipped with height-adjustable glass shelves, manually rotating shelves, rotating levels or an electrically rotating wire carousel. This allows products to be presented clearly on several levels.

Digital temperature control, fan-assisted refrigeration, automatic defrosting and LED interior lighting are available depending on the model and are designed for commercial use. The series includes different designs, sizes and presentation solutions for varying installation areas and quantities of goods.
