Cheese grater Saro EVO 75

The SARO EVO 75 cheese grater is a compact and powerful solution for professional use in restaurants, cafés and smaller kitchens. It combines straightforward operation and reliable performance with a space-saving design.

The lightweight yet robust metal housing ensures stability. The hardened, chrome-plated steel blade delivers precise and consistent processing results. The integrated grating drum with a diameter of 110 mm enables efficient processing of up to approximately 50 kg per hour.

The machine is ideal for hard cheeses such as Parmesan and for dry bread, for example when producing breadcrumbs. The supplied glass container can be sealed airtight and is also microwave-safe, providing additional flexibility in everyday kitchen use.
