The SARO refrigerated topping unit in the VRX series is suitable for the chilled provision of ingredients in restaurants, pizzerias, takeaway outlets, snack areas and professional food preparation. It supports organised workflows when topping, portioning and serving food.

The housing is made from stainless steel and fitted with a glass superstructure. The unit is designed for GN containers up to 150 mm deep; GN containers are not included. The height-adjustable feet allow the refrigerated topping unit to be adapted to the installation area.

Copeland digital temperature control enables reliable control within a temperature range of +2 to +8 °C. The foamed-in evaporator and static refrigeration support even cooling of the inserted GN containers. R600a is used as the refrigerant.

The product line is available in different widths and, depending on the version, provides space for various GN combinations. This allows the appropriate refrigerated topping unit to be selected according to the available space, required ingredient volume and particular application.
