Digital core thermometer - Saro 6023

The digital SARO probe thermometers are suitable for rapid temperature checks of food and support monitoring during preparation, storage and cooking. They are designed for restaurants, commercial kitchens, catering operations and food-processing facilities.

The integrated stainless steel probes are inserted directly into the product being checked. Large displays provide clearly readable measurements. Hold functions facilitate reading after the measurement.

Depending on the version, models with different measuring ranges, probe lengths and accuracies are available. A waterproof IP67 version with automatic switch-off complements the product group. The required batteries are not included.
