The SARO DRAW refrigerated drawer counter is suitable for professional chilled storage while simultaneously providing a work surface in restaurants, commercial kitchens, hotels, catering operations, canteens and other commercial kitchen areas. The drawer configuration allows food, ingredients or prepared products to be stored clearly and removed quickly.

The housing, worktop and interior are made from AISI 304 stainless steel, while the control panel is made from black-painted steel. The drawers are fitted with magnetic seals and support practical use in daily operation.

Copeland digital temperature control enables reliable refrigeration control. The 50 mm insulation, static refrigeration with fan, automatic defrosting and automatic condensate evaporation support convenient, even refrigeration. R290 is used as the refrigerant.

The refrigerated drawer counter is suitable for climate classes 4 and 5. Four castors, two of which are lockable, allow the appliance to be positioned flexibly and secured safely at the point of use.

The product line includes different versions with varying external dimensions, capacities, temperature ranges and connected loads. This allows the appropriate refrigerated drawer counter to be selected according to the available space, required refrigerated volume and kitchen-operating requirements.
