Electric griddle plate (grooved) Saro GPK 410

The SARO GPK series griddles are suitable for directly preparing meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes and other fried products in restaurants, snack bars, bistros and catering operations.

The stainless steel housings are equipped with ceramic-coated cooking surfaces. The coating supports easy release of the food and facilitates cleaning after use.

A three-sided splash guard limits soiling in the work environment. Removable grease collecting containers collect liquids and cooking residues.

Depending on the version, the appliances are equipped with one, two or three adjustable heating zones. The series includes smooth, fully ribbed and combined cooking surfaces with smooth and ribbed sections.

The temperature can be set up to +300 °C. Selected models also feature a safety thermostat.
