The SARO FRY TOP GH 760 R griddle is designed for professional use in restaurants, commercial kitchens, takeaway outlets, food trucks and high-traffic kitchen areas. The combination of ridged and smooth cooking surfaces makes it particularly suitable for businesses wishing to prepare different foods flexibly on one appliance.

The appliance is made from stainless steel and is robust, durable and suitable for daily use. The high-quality cooking plate, measuring W 825 x D 400 mm, is one-third ridged and two-thirds smooth. This allows grilled products with characteristic markings and foods requiring an even contact surface to be prepared in parallel.

The three heating zones enable flexible and efficient use of the cooking surface. Different products can be cooked separately or processed at different temperature settings. The temperature range from 0 to +300 °C provides sufficient performance for intensive frying and grilling.

The stainless-steel splash guard on three sides protects the work area from grease splashes and supports clean working practices. The removable grease collection tray simplifies cleaning after use and ensures practical handling in professional daily kitchen operation.
