The SARO FRY TOP 400 smooth griddle is designed for professional use in restaurants, takeaway outlets, food trucks, bistros and commercial kitchens. It is ideal for frying and grilling meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes, burgers and other foods directly on the smooth cooking surface.

The appliance is made from stainless steel, making it robust, durable and easy to clean. The smooth cooking plate, measuring W 400 x D 400 mm, provides sufficient space for small to medium preparation quantities and offers an even contact surface for different products.

The griddle has one cooking zone and a temperature range from 0 to +300 °C, allowing the heat to be adjusted to suit the product. The stainless-steel splash guard on three sides protects the work area from grease splashes and supports clean working practices.

The removable grease collection tray simplifies cleaning after use. Thanks to its compact design, the appliance can be conveniently used on work surfaces, counters or within existing kitchen areas.
