The SARO 600 Line cooking appliances are suitable for professional use in restaurants, commercial kitchens, snack bars and catering operations. The modular series allows a uniform cooking line to be configured according to operational requirements. Matching connecting strips are optionally available.

The gas ranges feature AISI 304 stainless steel bodies and enamelled cast-iron pan supports. Depending on the version, two, four or six burners are available, including high-performance double-ring burners. Piezo ignition supports convenient start-up. The appliances are preset for natural gas H; matching propane gas nozzles are included.

In addition to compact countertop appliances, the product range includes freestanding models with gas or electric ovens. A larger six-burner version also features a neutral cabinet compartment. Height-adjustable feet facilitate alignment of the freestanding appliances.

The electric ranges are equipped with cast-iron hotplates. Depending on the model, two or four cooking zones in different sizes and power ratings are available. Overheating protection complements the equipment. The freestanding model also features a fan-assisted oven with grill function and is supplied with a chrome-plated rack and enamelled baking tray.
