Fryer Saro EF 4

The EF series fryers are suitable for the professional preparation of chips, snacks and other fried products in restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens and catering operations.

The appliances are made from stainless steel and feature rounded, removable tanks with cold zones. This design supports the collection of frying residues beneath the hot area.

The temperature is continuously adjustable. A safety thermostat complements the equipment for commercial operation.

Removable heating elements and tanks facilitate thorough cleaning. Depending on the version, the fryers are available with different tank capacities, one or two frying tanks and, in some cases, drain taps.
