The SARO BW-11 heated banquet trolley is a high-capacity solution for professionally keeping large quantities of food warm and transporting them safely. Made of high-quality stainless steel, the trolley provides a hygienic and durable construction for everyday use. Efficient insulation maintains a constant internal temperature and supports even heat retention. With capacity for 11 x GN 2/1 containers up to 100 mm deep, the BW-11 is ideal for demanding applications and large serving volumes.

Digital temperature control enables precise adjustment within a range of +30 °C to +80 °C. An integrated water tray additionally provides optimum humidity regulation and helps maintain food quality.

All-round impact protection reliably shields the appliance from knocks during daily operation. Four smooth-running castors, two with brakes, together with ergonomic handles, enable easy and safe manoeuvring even when fully loaded.
