Ice cube maker Saro EB UV20 PRO

The SARO ice cube makers in the EB series are designed for professional use in restaurants, bars, hotels, cafés, catering operations and beverage service. They are suitable for producing hollow ice cones and support a reliable ice supply in daily operation.

Depending on the model, the housing, flap, door or handle are made from stainless steel or stainless steel combined with other materials. The appliances are air-cooled and designed for ambient temperatures from 10 to 40 °C.

The series includes versions with a mains water connection, integrated water tank, front ventilation suitable for built-in installation or UV light for hygienic germ prevention. Models with a mains water connection include the corresponding inlet and drain hoses. A water softener installed upstream is recommended for water hardness from 7°.

Depending on the version, different production volumes, storage bins and hollow ice-cone sizes are available. This allows the appropriate ice cube maker to be selected according to the application, installation space and required quantity of ice.
