Product description
The manual SARO TIL hamburger press is designed for producing uniformly shaped hamburger patties in food-service applications. It is suitable for takeaway outlets, restaurants, burger concepts, catering operations and preparation areas.
The housing is made from anodised aluminium. The mechanism is made from stainless steel and designed for contact with food in daily kitchen use.
The press is suitable for hamburger patties with a diameter of 100 mm. Manual operation allows the patties to be formed simply and in a controlled manner.
An integrated cellophane holder is included. The scope of delivery contains 500 sheets of cellophane paper with a diameter of 130 mm.
