Pizza turning peel - Saro PW20

SARO pizza peels are practical tools for professional use in pizzerias, takeaway outlets, commercial kitchens and catering operations. They are suitable for safely picking up, inserting, turning and removing pizza, pide or similar baked goods at the pizza oven.

Depending on the model, the peels are available with a smooth or perforated head. Perforated versions support easy handling when picking up pizza and can help reduce excess flour or semolina during use. Smooth heads are particularly suitable for easily lifting and transferring baked goods.

The anodised-aluminium versions are lightweight, stable and suitable for regular use in daily food-service operations. Depending on the model, riveted connections between the head and handle provide additional stability during daily use.

Different head sizes, peel shapes and handle lengths allow the SARO pizza peels to be selected to suit the particular work area and oven type. Compact models are particularly suitable for smaller work areas, while longer versions provide greater reach at the pizza oven.
