The SARO Plate-Mate® plate-stacking system provides a practical solution for space-saving provision of plated dishes, bowls or platters in restaurants, catering operations, buffet areas, commercial kitchens, cafeterias and takeaway areas. The different versions support organised preparation and temporary storage of food without unnecessarily occupying work surfaces.

Depending on the model, the system consists of an aluminium column with plastic supports and additional steel or stainless steel components. The construction is designed for everyday professional kitchen use and can be integrated flexibly into different work areas. Many versions are rust-free and maintenance-free.

The Plate-Mate® systems flexibly accommodate plated dishes, bowls or platters and are available in different capacities depending on the model. Mobile models feature swivel castors, some with parking brakes, and can therefore be moved easily and positioned securely. Folding versions are particularly suitable for areas with limited space or for mobile catering use. Countertop models provide a compact solution for work surfaces, while wall-mounted models enable particularly space-saving use and are easy to remove.

The product range includes freestanding models, folding versions, twin models, countertop models and wall-mounted models in different sizes and capacities. The plate-stacking system can therefore be selected to suit the respective application, available space and workflow.
