Polyethylene cutting board red Saro

The SARO polyethylene chopping boards are suitable for professional use in restaurants, commercial kitchens, catering operations and food processing. The different colours support clear assignment to specific food groups and facilitate hygienic workflows.

The chopping boards are made from polyethylene, are suitable for HACCP applications and dishwasher-safe up to 60 °C. They can be used on both sides, providing practical flexibility in daily kitchen operation.

The colours are divided by application: white for bread and cheese, green for fruit and vegetables, brown for cooked food, red for raw meat, blue for raw fish, yellow for raw poultry and black for universal use.

Their uniform design allows the chopping boards to be integrated effectively into existing kitchen and hygiene concepts.
