Polyethylene cutting board with anti slip feet yellow Saro

The SARO polyethylene chopping boards with non-slip feet are suitable for hygienic use in restaurants, commercial kitchens, catering operations, food processing facilities or preparation kitchens. The different colours support clear separation of food categories in line with HACCP-oriented working practices.

The chopping boards are made from polyethylene and are suitable for HACCP applications. The non-slip feet support stable positioning on the work surface. The boards are dishwasher-safe up to 60 °C and therefore easy to clean.

The colours are assigned to different applications: white for bread and cheese, green for fruit and vegetables, brown for cooked food, red for raw meat, blue for raw fish, yellow for raw poultry and black for universal use.

Their uniform size and colour coding allow the chopping boards to be integrated clearly into existing hygiene concepts.
