Portable sous-vide cooker Saro SmartVide XL

The portable SARO sous-vide cookers in the SmartVide series are designed for temperature-precise cooking in professional kitchens. They are suitable for restaurants, catering operations, hotel kitchens and production areas where food needs to be cooked in a controlled and reproducible manner in a water bath.

The appliances are made from stainless steel and designed for use in suitable containers. Depending on the model, different container sizes can be used, allowing the series to handle both smaller and larger production volumes.

Depending on the version, control is via buttons or a digital touchscreen display. Adjustable time and temperature settings support controlled preparation over longer cooking cycles. The SmartVide models are designed for an allowable ambient temperature range from 5 °C to 40 °C.

The series includes different versions, including models with a carrying bag, colour TFT display or Bluetooth interface, as well as an XL version for larger container volumes. This allows the appropriate sous-vide cooker to be selected according to the required capacity and operating convenience.
