Saladette with glass top section Saro ES 900 G

The SARO ES G series saladettes are suitable for chilled preparation and clearly organised provision of ingredients in restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias, salad bars and catering operations. The refrigerated base, GN top and cutting surface form a compact workstation.

The housing and interior are made from stainless steel. A polyethylene chopping board provides a directly usable preparation surface. The glass superstructure has two shelves and protects the ingredient area while keeping the products clearly visible and readily accessible.

Depending on the model, the upper section can be equipped with different GN-container combinations. The required GN containers are not included. Self-closing doors and height-adjustable shelves and support rails enable organised use of the refrigerated interior.

Digital temperature control enables adjustment from +2 to +8 °C. Static refrigeration is supported by a circulation fan, while automatic defrosting facilitates regular operation. The series is available with two or three doors and different working widths.
