Salamander Grill Saro ORPHEUS

The SARO ATHENA and ORPHEUS salamanders are suitable for heating, browning and keeping prepared food warm in restaurants, snack bars, bistros and commercial kitchens.

The polished stainless steel housings are equipped with removable grill racks made from nickel-plated iron. Heat-resistant plastic handles support safe handling of the racks.

Several insertion heights allow the distance between the food and top heat to be adjusted. Removable collecting trays and crumb trays facilitate cleaning after use.

The temperature can be adjusted as required. The ATHENA model also features a timer, while ORPHEUS is equipped with two independently adjustable heating elements.
