Dough kneader Saro PK 50

The SARO dough kneaders with spiral dough hooks are suitable for bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, commercial kitchens and other areas where larger quantities of dough are processed regularly. They are designed for kneading dough and support even processing in professional kitchen operation.

The housing is made from reinforced stove-enamelled steel. The bowl, central shaft and safety guard are made from stainless steel. The spiral dough hook is made from cast steel and is designed for processing firm doughs.

All rotating parts of the transmission system are fitted with ball bearings. The self-lubricating reduction gearbox supports reliable operation. Depending on the model, the fixed bowls are designed for different dough quantities.

Four castors are included but are not pre-assembled. The models differ in capacity, power and equipment, allowing the appropriate version to be selected according to production volume.
