Countertop Wok-induction hob Saro CHIOS

The SARO countertop induction appliances are suitable for flexible use in restaurants, catering operations, buffet areas, front cooking or as an addition to existing cooking stations. Depending on the version, a conventional induction hob, a wok induction hob or an induction griddle plate is available.

The appliances are made from stainless steel and designed for robust use in everyday commercial kitchens. Depending on the model, the cooking plates are made from glass ceramic, while the griddle version has a stainless steel frying plate.

Operation is via touchscreen with an LED temperature display. Power levels, electronic overheating protection and temperature ranges up to +240 °C, or up to +280 °C for the griddle plate, support controlled preparation of different foods.

The models differ in cooking surface, design and area of use. Conventional induction hobs are intended for suitable cookware, while the wok version is designed for wok applications. The induction griddle plate is suitable for direct frying on the stainless steel plate.
