Thermobox Saro REES

The SARO EMMERICH and REES insulated food carriers are suitable for temperature-protected transport and holding of hot or cold food. They are designed for catering operations, communal catering, commercial kitchens, canteens and mobile food service.

The containers are made from plastic and designed as front loaders with twelve support rails each. They can be loaded with suitable 1/1 GN containers and allow flexible combinations of different container heights.

The insulated design limits temperature loss during transport. According to the available information, the loss is approximately 1.5 °C per hour for hot food and approximately 0.5 °C per hour for cold food. The containers are suitable for food temperatures from −40 to +100 °C.

Easily detachable double doors with lockable folding catches facilitate loading and unloading. Menu-card slots or strips support identification of the contents. The models differ in dimensions, capacity and additional equipment; the more compact REES version is also stackable and dishwasher-safe.
