The SARO rack trolleys are suitable for the flexible transport and organised temporary storage of GN containers, trays or baking sheets in restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries, catering operations, canteens and other commercial work areas. They support an orderly flow of materials between preparation, kitchen, serving, storage and dishwashing areas.

Depending on the model, the rack trolleys are made from stainless steel or chrome-nickel steel and are designed for professional use. Their stable construction provides a durable solution for the daily transport of containers, baking sheets or prepared food.

The runners or tray rails are equipped with stops and securely accommodate the respective containers or sheets. The spacing between levels is designed for clear and practical loading during daily kitchen operations.

Swivel castors allow the rack trolleys to be moved and positioned easily. Depending on the version, castors with parking brakes are fitted to secure the trolley during use.

The product range includes versions for 1/1 GN, 2/1 GN and 600 x 400 mm baking sheets, as well as models with different loading capacities. A version with a stainless steel worktop complements the range for areas where transport and work surfaces need to be combined.
