Vegetable cutter Saro CARUS

The SARO CARUS and TITUS vegetable cutters are suitable for restaurants, commercial kitchens, canteens, catering operations or preparation kitchens. They are designed for slicing, grating and dicing various foods such as vegetables, nuts, chocolate, cheese or tomatoes.

The housing is made from stainless steel and aluminium. Depending on the model, the feed hopper is semicircular or round and supports processing of different foods.

Five different discs are included: 3, 4.5 and 7 mm grating discs and 2 and 4 mm slicing discs. This enables different slicing and grating results to be achieved with one appliance.

The models differ in feed hopper, power, weight and appliance dimensions and can be selected to suit the respective work area.
