Bakery refrigerator with air cooling Saro B 800 TN

The SARO bakery refrigerators and freezers in the B 800 series are designed for bakeries, patisseries, bake shops, commercial kitchens and production areas. They are suitable for storing goods on shelves or trays measuring W 600 x D 800 mm or 2 x W 600 x D 400 mm.

The housing and interior are made from stainless steel. The self-closing door is lockable. Ten support rails enable organised loading of the interior. Shelves or trays are not included.

The appliances feature interior lighting, a heated door frame to reduce condensation, digital temperature control, fan-assisted refrigeration and automatic defrosting. The 65 mm insulation is designed for professional use.

The series includes a refrigerator and freezer version. The refrigerator operates within a temperature range of +2 to +8 °C, while the freezer operates from -18 to -22 °C.
