The SARO KYRA GN BT commercial freezer is suitable for the professional frozen storage of food in restaurants, commercial kitchens, hotels, canteens, catering operations and other commercial kitchen areas. Its 2/1 GN configuration supports organised storage and integrates conveniently into existing GN workflows.

The housing and interior are made from stainless steel and are therefore designed for daily use in professional kitchen environments. The self-closing, lockable doors support safe and practical use during ongoing operation.

The interior contains height-adjustable shelves in 2/1 GN format. Depending on the model, the freezer is equipped with one or two doors and a different number of shelves. The insulation thickness is 65 mm.

Copeland digital temperature control enables reliable control within a temperature range of -18 to -22 °C. Fan-assisted refrigeration and automatic defrosting support even and convenient freezer operation. R290 is used as the refrigerant.

The product line includes versions with different usable capacities and installation dimensions. This allows the appropriate commercial freezer to be selected according to the available space, required storage volume and kitchen-operating requirements.
