The SARO aluminium baking trays are suitable as accessories for selected convection and combination ovens. They can be used for baking, heating and preparing different foods and baked goods.
Depending on the version, trays are available in 2/3 GN, 1/1 GN, a format suitable for the EKO 595, or bakery format. This allows the trays to be selected to match the respective oven model and intended workflow.
