Blast freezer Saro ODIN 10

The SARO blast chillers/freezers in the ODIN series are designed for professional use in restaurants, commercial kitchens, catering operations and food production. They are suitable for rapidly chilling and blast freezing food and support controlled processing in 1/1 GN format.

The housing and interior are made from stainless steel, while the outer base is made from galvanised steel. The self-closing door and robust construction are designed for daily commercial kitchen use. The appliances are suitable for 1/1 GN containers or trays measuring W 600 x D 400 mm.

Operation is via a programmable touchscreen display. Four preset temperature levels, a core temperature probe, EVCO thermostat and fan-assisted refrigeration support precise control of the chilling processes. Automatic hot-gas defrosting simplifies operation.

The ODIN series is available in different sizes. Depending on the model, versions for 10 or 15 shelf positions are available, allowing the appliances to be selected to suit the required production volume.
