Crêpe griddle Saro GILLES

The SARO GILLES crêpe maker is designed for professional use in restaurants, cafés, bistros, takeaway outlets, food trucks and catering operations. It is suitable for preparing crêpes, galettes and similar batter specialities in daily operation.

The housing is made from stainless steel, making it robust, durable and easy to clean. The single cast-iron plate provides good heat retention and even heat distribution, helping to achieve consistent baking results.

With a temperature range from 0 to +300 °C, the crêpe maker can be adjusted flexibly to different batters and preparation methods. The supplied batter spreader makes it easier to distribute the batter evenly over the plate.

Its compact table-top design allows the GILLES model to be used conveniently on work surfaces, counters or mobile sales stations.
