The SARO MERLE crêpe maker is suitable for preparing crêpes in restaurants, cafés, snack bars, catering operations and event areas. The single generously sized cooking plate supports even distribution of the batter.

The housing is made from stainless steel and the plate from cast iron. The supplied batter spreader facilitates even spreading of the batter across the cooking surface.

The temperature range of +50 to +300 °C allows adaptation to different preparation requirements. The design is intended for quick and easy cleaning after use.
