Digital oil tester Saro 4857.5

The SARO oil testers support monitoring of frying-oil quality in restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens and food-processing facilities. Regular measurements help assess the condition of the oil in a traceable manner.

The disposable test strips measure the free fatty-acid content in cold oil within a short period. Results are evaluated using a colorimetric comparison scale. One pack contains 50 test strips.

The digital oil tester measures both oil temperature and the TPM value. Results are shown on an LCD display. The water- and dust-protected measuring device is supplied in a robust metal case for secure storage and protected transport.

The batteries required for the digital oil tester are not included.
