Digital probe thermometer, waterproof - Saro 4717

The digital SARO 4717 oven thermometer is suitable for continuously checking food temperature during cooking and baking. It supports controlled preparation processes in restaurants, commercial kitchens and bakeries.

The 15 cm stainless steel probe is connected to the display unit by a one-metre cable. This allows the temperature in the food to be measured while the display remains outside the oven.

A programmable acoustic alarm indicates when the set temperature has been reached. The large display facilitates monitoring of the readings. The required battery is not included.
