Dry-Aging ageing cabinet Saro DA 480

The SARO DA 480 dry-aging cabinet is designed for the professional aging and presentation of meat in restaurants, butcher shops, delicatessen departments or demanding kitchen environments. It provides controlled conditions for storage at a defined temperature and humidity level.

The housing and interior are made from stainless steel. The lockable double-tempered glass door provides a clear view of the interior while supporting secure storage. The separately switchable LED lighting clearly presents the stored products.

Digital temperature control, fan-assisted refrigeration and adjustable humidity provide the basis for controlled aging. The separately switchable ultraviolet system complements the equipment. No water tank or fixed water connection is required.

A salt container, an activated carbon filter, three height-adjustable shelves and two meat hooks are included. The holder for the meat hooks is fixed and designed for a load of up to 80 kg per hook.
