The SARO gas and electric fryers in the 900 professional cooking line are designed for high frying output in professional kitchen operation. They are suitable for restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens, canteens and production areas.

The appliances are made from robust AISI 304 stainless steel. Depending on the model, one or two tanks are provided. Matching fryer baskets are included.

A safety thermostat and magnetic door closure support operation in commercial environments. Gas models also feature piezo ignition. Connection must be carried out by a qualified installer.
