Gas fryer Saro E7/FLG2V17

The SARO gas and electric fryers in the 700 professional cooking line are designed for commercial use in restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens, canteens or snack-production facilities. They are suitable for frying larger quantities during continuous kitchen operation.

The appliances are made from stainless steel and feature rounded tanks with cold zones. Drain taps and stainless steel collecting containers facilitate oil changes and support practical cleaning.

Depending on the version, gas or electric models with one or two tanks are available. Gas models are equipped with piezo ignition, a pilot flame and flame-failure safety device. Electric models feature fold-up heating elements that facilitate cleaning.

A safety thermostat and temperature control support controlled operation. The models differ in tank capacity, basket size, connected load and appliance width.
