Electric fryer Saro BRAGA

The SARO electric freestanding fryers are suitable for the professional preparation of chips, snacks and other fried products in restaurants, snack bars, commercial kitchens and catering operations. The series includes single and double fryers with different tank capacities for various production volumes.

The appliances are made from stainless steel and feature tanks with cold zones. This design supports the collection of frying residues beneath the hot area. Drain taps facilitate controlled emptying of the tanks.

The temperature can be adjusted continuously up to +190 °C. A safety thermostat complements the equipment for commercial use.

Depending on the version, models with one or two frying tanks and different connected loads are available. The double fryers are supplied with two connection cables and without plugs.
