The SARO GASTROLINE 12+12VS fryer is designed for professional use in commercial kitchens, takeaway outlets and restaurants with high frying volumes. With two tanks and a capacity of 2 x 12 litres, it is ideal for large quantities and the separate preparation of different products.

The freestanding appliance is made from stainless steel and designed for intensive daily kitchen use. The rounded tanks with cold zones support consistent frying quality and simplify cleaning. The drain taps with stainless-steel collection containers enable practical and safe draining of the tanks.

The continuously adjustable temperature controls allow flexible control of each tank. Removable heating elements simplify cleaning, while on/off switches and safety thermostats support operation in daily use.
