Electric Salamander grill Saro LYNN

The SARO LANA and LYNN salamanders are suitable for browning, gratinating, toasting and keeping food warm. They are designed for use in restaurants, commercial kitchens, snack bars and quick-service areas.

The housing is made from stainless steel and the supplied grill rack from chrome-plated steel. A heat-insulating plastic handle supports safe handling. Several insertion levels allow the distance between the food and heating element to be adjusted.

A pull-out crumb tray facilitates cleaning of the work area. The integrated timer can be set for up to 30 minutes. The models differ in dimensions and number of available insertion levels.
