The SARO F195 slicing machine is suitable for slicing sausage, cheese and other suitable food for occasional requirements. The semi-professional appliance is designed for smaller food-service businesses, cafés, bistros and similar applications.

The base is made from black-painted stainless steel. The blade has a diameter of 195 mm and operates at 300 revolutions per minute.

The slicing thickness can be adjusted continuously between 0 and 13 mm. Its compact design allows the machine to be used on smaller work surfaces.

The appliance is not designed for continuous operation.
