Fryer Saro PROFRI 8 V

The SARO fryers in the PROFRI Line are designed for professional use in restaurants, takeaway outlets, food trucks, bistros and commercial kitchens. They are ideal for frying chips, snacks, side dishes and other fried foods in daily operation.

The appliances are made from stainless steel, making them robust, durable and easy to clean. The rounded tank with cold zone supports consistent frying quality and helps prevent food residues from burning as quickly. Depending on the model, the tank is removable or equipped with a drain tap, further simplifying cleaning and oil changes.

The continuously adjustable temperature control enables flexible adaptation to different products and preparation requirements. The temperature range up to +180 °C provides the appropriate performance for standard frying applications. The integrated safety thermostat provides additional operating safety.

The removable heating elements simplify cleaning and support hygienic use in daily kitchen operation. Depending on the model, different tank sizes, single- or double-tank configurations and versions with a drain tap are available. The PROFRI Line therefore offers suitable solutions for small, medium and larger frying volumes.

Thanks to their compact design, side handles and robust construction, the fryers can be used flexibly on work surfaces or integrated into existing kitchen areas.
