Heat gantry Saro ISLA

The SARO ISLA heated gantry is designed for warm food presentation in buffet areas, restaurants, catering operations or at events. It is particularly suitable for flexible use with different GN container formats and supports clearly organised food service.

The housing is made from black stove-enamelled steel and is designed for professional use in service areas. Its compact construction allows the heated gantry to be integrated easily into existing buffet or serving concepts.

Heat is supplied from above by infrared light. The heated gantry can be used with the three 1/3 GN containers included. Alternatively, other GN combinations with a maximum depth of 65 mm can also be used.
