Product description
The SARO BRUCE heated gantry is suitable for keeping prepared food warm in restaurants, buffets, catering operations, canteens and food-serving areas.
The appliance is made from stainless steel and operates with quartz infrared heating elements. Two independent switches enable heat output to be controlled according to requirements.
The heated gantry is designed for a 1/1 GN container with a maximum depth of 65 mm and keeps the food at a temperature of approximately 60 °C.
A perforated 1/1 GN container is included.
