Pizza preparation counter Saro EPS 900 1/2

The SARO EPS series pizza preparation counters are designed for preparing and refrigerating ingredients in pizzerias, restaurants, snack bars and catering operations. The combination of work surface, refrigerated base and integrated ingredient top supports short working distances during food preparation.

The housing and interior are made from stainless steel. The granite worktop provides a robust surface for preparing pizza and other food. Depending on the appliance size, the upper section can accommodate several 1/6 GN containers. GN containers are not included.

Depending on the version, models with doors or combined door and drawer elements are available. Height-adjustable shelves and support rails enable flexible use of the refrigerated base.

Digital temperature control, static refrigeration with a circulation fan and automatic defrosting support daily operation. The series includes compact and larger versions, as well as models with an open top or additional glass superstructure.
