The SARO VIVIA-series refrigerated counters are suitable for professional use in restaurants, commercial kitchens, takeaway outlets, preparation kitchens and service areas. They combine refrigerated storage with a robust worktop and therefore support organised workflows for storing, preparing and processing chilled food.

The housing, interior and worktop are made from stainless steel and designed for daily use in commercial kitchen environments. Depending on the version, models are available with doors, drawers or a combination of door and drawers. On models with doors, height-adjustable shelves and matching support-rail sets enable flexible use of the interior.

Copeland digital temperature control supports reliable monitoring of the refrigeration temperature. The evaporator foamed into three sides, static refrigeration with circulation fan and automatic defrosting provide practical refrigeration during ongoing operation.

The series is available in different widths and equipment configurations. This allows the refrigerated counter to be selected to suit the available space, required storage capacity and desired internal layout.
