The SARO MM5-N series freezers are suitable for storing larger quantities of frozen food in restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries and food-processing facilities.

The white plastic interior is equipped with six fixed evaporator shelves and provides seven clearly divided storage compartments. Alternatively, suitable 600 x 400 mm baskets, available separately, can be used.

Digital temperature control enables adjustment within a range of −18 to −22 °C. The appliances operate with static refrigeration and feature manual defrosting.

Depending on the version, the housings are made from stainless steel or white plastic-coated steel. The product range includes models with solid doors and glass-door versions with separately switchable LED interior lighting. Castors and additional feet support transport and alignment.
