Currywurst slicer Saro CALLAS

The SARO sausage slicer is suitable for quickly and evenly cutting sausages in restaurants, takeaway outlets, canteens or catering operations. With a slice thickness of 18 mm and 11 blades, it supports clean portioning and ensures consistent preparation results.

The stainless-steel and aluminium construction combines stability with practical handling. The appliance is designed for sausages with a maximum length of 210 mm and can be operated in a controlled manner using the manual lever.

The sausage slicer can be dismantled for cleaning. Suction feet ensure secure positioning on the work surface during use.
